In order to qualify for membership in Envision Scott, businesses or professionals must: (1) have a business operating in or near Scott, (2) plan to open a business in or near Scott within 12 months, (3) be a civil entity in existence at the time of applying with a valid EIN, or (4) be a professional at the time of applying with a valid license number authorizing the individual to provide such professional services.
