Vision Scott Leadership Program

Bringing members across the community together to grow.

Each year the program brings community members together to develop leadership skills while learning about themselves, others, the local community, government, and Louisiana. Participants engage in experiences designed to expand perspectives within a supportive environment — and graduate equipped to help Scott prosper.

Along the way, participants meet with government leaders, examine critical issues through roundtables and site visits, and network with a diverse group of community leaders.
